The biggest challenge with converting an EV is the weight restrictions and payloads. We took on the challenge of creating a useable space, using sustainable materials where applicable to sculpture the perfect mini camper.
Our ID Buzz Fully converted campervan boasting a respectable 2600kg weight, leaving 400kg payload to spare.
Our thanks to the Roaming Radfords for choosing us to convert their micro camper.
So what’s involved…..
- A full length Bed
- Under bed 30ltr Drawer Fridge, we even made this so that it moves out with the bed so that it can be accessed when the bed is out.
- BCA wiring harness and a Clayton LPSII 3000w electrical system.
- With a 330w Solar Panel on a Horizon Pop Top it is perfect for those Off-Grid adventures.
- We fitted tinted Windows and Vanshades Blind Pods
- The kitchen is created using super lightweight Airply, designed and built in house.
- With Pop up Tables and a beautiful Bamboo Worktop it looks stunning.
- We even put an end of Bed Drawer. Inside that we put a bamboo top to allow our customers to place an Induction Hob plus of course a well placed Socket for ease of use.
- With upholstered panels, storage pockets and more storage to be found behind the bed and even in the floor we think we’ve made great use of space.
So from an XLWB crafter to an ID Buzz we really do cater for all sizes and customer requirements.
